1. Introduction

This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines how Pawkenz processes, ships, and delivers your orders. We are committed to getting your pet products to you safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

4. Delivery Coverage Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

       All governorates within Egypt

       Greater Cairo & Giza (same-day delivery eligible)

       Alexandria, Mansoura, Assiut, Tanta & other major cities

       Remote areas may require additional 1–3 business days

 

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our coverage.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders.

       Free shipping on all orders above 500 EGP

       Fees vary by governorate and delivery speed

       Remote areas may incur additional charges

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS containing:

       Your order number

       A tracking number and link

       Estimated delivery date

 

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your Pawkenz account or contacting our support team.

7. Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will:

       Leave a notification with re-delivery instructions

       Attempt re-delivery up to 2 additional times

       Hold the package at the nearest hub for 3 business days

 

If the package is not collected within 3 business days, it will be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

       Your order number

       Clear photos of the item and packaging

       A brief description of the issue

 

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
