3. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

       Item is unused and in its original condition

       Original packaging is intact and undamaged

       Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

       Item is not from the non-returnable categories listed below

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

       Perishable goods (food, treats, supplements)

       Opened or used hygiene products (grooming tools, litter)

       Personalized or custom-made items

       Items purchased on final sale or clearance

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or variant, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

       Ship the item back to us in its original condition

       We will dispatch the replacement upon receiving the return

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
